The Phoenix Program is a trauma-informed leadership and entrepreneurial growth series designed to help youth entrepreneurs build confidence, strengthen decision-making, and lead from a place of authenticity.

This is not just a business program. It is a leadership development experience for young people who are building something meaningful while carrying real-life experiences that have shaped how they move through the world.

Many young entrepreneurs are not simply learning how to start a business. They are also unlearning fear, rebuilding confidence, and figuring out how to lead without abandoning who they are. The Phoenix Program was created to meet that reality directly.

The Phoenix Program

    That is the foundation of this program.

    The Phoenix Program exists to help youth entrepreneurs rise with clarity, strength, and ownership of their leadership. It recognizes that many young people are not starting from scratch. They are starting from experience.

    Entrepreneurship requires more than ideas. It requires resilience, self-awareness, communication, strategy, and the confidence to make decisions under pressure. For many emerging leaders, invisible barriers such as self-doubt, instability, or survival-based thinking can make growth harder than it needs to be.

    This program honors that reality while helping participants build leadership from a place of strength, not shame.

    This series is designed to support both personal development and entrepreneurial growth so participants can build businesses that are sustainable, aligned, and real.

Vania Miller brings a trauma-informed, strategy-centered approach to leadership development. Through her work as a consultant and executive coach, she supports individuals and organizations in building healthier leadership practices, stronger communication, and sustainable growth.

Her leadership in this series will help participants explore how healing, confidence, and entrepreneurship can work together rather than against each other.
